SAMPLE KIT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

– STEP 1 –

Pull a case of the following SKUs from inventory:

• ECOSD8-RP
• ECPSD12-RP
• ECOSD16-RP
• ECOSD24-RP
• ECOSD32-RP
• ECOSDOLID-RP
• ECOSDILID-RP

• ECORD8-RP
• ECORD12-RP
• ECORD16-RP
• ECORD24-RP
• ECORD32-RP
• ECORDILID-RP

– STEP 2 –

Assemble box – fold at creases. Secure bottom with 2-3 strips of double sided tape on internal flaps, remove backing. Fold outer flaps, turn box over and press down box bottom internally with your fist to apply pressure & secure flaps.

– STEP 3 –

Select one of each deli container and lid.

– STEP 4 –

Remove corresponding product label from roll. Line up label with exterior of container lip and press firmly. For lids, place product label on center.

– STEP 5 –

Stack items largest to smallest – square with square, round with round. Place lids on top.

– STEP 6 –

Place round stack into box on left side. Place square into box on right side. Insert product card between stacks. Fold internal flaps.

– STEP 7 –

Select one ecosystems rPET deli container insert. Place in between container stacks to separate.

– STEP 8 –

Place 2-3 strips of double sided tape on internal flap tops. Remove backing and fold external flaps. Apply pressure to adhere external flaps to internal flaps.
